Domaine Chandon's 365 Reasons to Celebrate Calendar

HMG generated buzz for Domaine Chandon and brought the new brand position “Life Needs Bubbles” into the real world by creating a “365 Reasons to Celebrate” calendar. It featured unusual and obscure (yet fun) holiday and historical dates. The idea was to provide consumers with a reason to celebrate with Chandon every day of the year. The calendars were leveraged in multiple channels including live event giveaways, P.R., at the winery gift store, as a special gift for members of the Chandon club and on the website.

Results
The P.R. response sparkled as the calendar was featured on sites such as Life and Style, StarChefs and Technorati, which average over 420,000 page views per month, and was spotlighted on CW 6 San Diego Morning News. The calendar even crossed into the world of celebrity with Christina Aguilera who collected calendars at one of our events. Brand awareness bubbled over as radio, foodie and wine outlets blogged, Twittered and promoted the calendar for Valentine’s Day, Presidents Day, or any day as a reason to raise a glass of Chandon.
